Tapping deep into my womb (or the hara for men) space (the space in us that naturally calls in vitalizing, life giving creative energy & opportunities), the grids of the earth, the noble matrix of creation, and co-creating with the sacred sites, is how I have aligned myself with life itself, and the abundance and richness that had always been here for me, and is for you too.

I invite you to join us for a rich 3 day weekend, Friday July 1 - Monday July 4th, each day richly filled and created in the sacred area of Mount Shasta. Each day will consist of a half day journey and activation at a sacred site as a group, tapping into that which is ours to know, receive and remember. We will begin some days with yoga, or a leisurely breakfast and intention setting circle. We will eat in alignment with that which will most support our bodies for these deep activations with a chef tending to our needs and nourishment, a hot tub for the evenings as well as a cacao ceremony, tea ceremonies and sound baths to further drop in, receive and integrate all that is emerging for us.

There are 6 sacred spots, creating an intimate yet potent group along with our support team, guest yoga teachers, etc joining us.

This is an all inclusive retreat: includes lodging, all meals & snacks, sacred water, yoga, tea & cacao ceremony, group sound baths, etc.

Mount Shasta is an internationally recognized energy portal on our planet, full of vortexes and sacred sites, when engaged with honorably, intentionally and with guidance can support us and all of humanity into our greatest awakening, fulfillment and alignment, with ease and grace.
