I'm Mira Megs Lathrop.

Visionary, Messenger, Co-Creator of the Next Sacred Financial Paradigm.

I started my career with 10 years at Morgan Stanley, then served as a Certified Money Coach (CMC)® and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)®, until 2015. I then co-created Capital One Cafe’s Money Coaching Program, which consists of the Money Journey, an interactive series of in-person, 1:1 Money Coaching Sessions, and group Money workshops, all now available to the public in Capital One Cafés in 22 + cities across the country.

But it didn’t stop there. Recognizing people’s needs beyond investment portfolios and financial planning, I saw a new way forward: as a messenger and a bridge from current paradigms to new ones. Diving into deeper-rooted patterns both individual and collective, I completed an M.A. from California Institute of Integral Studies in East-West Psychology or transpersonal psychology, and continued serving as a coach, facilitator, and host of conversations sharing these powerful emerging ideas.

Today I am a co-founder of the Women Power Our Planet (WPOP) platform, bringing together women to deploy capital as stewards of our planet. I’m also a co-creator for STAGES International Money Inventory Training, a co-creator and facilitator in the Alignment Circle (the “Tao of Capital”), as well as offering money healing circles for individuals looking to realign their relationship with money in a community setting. In partnership with anti-trafficking organization Restore NYC, I’m currently developing a nationwide financial empowerment curriculum for survivors of sex trafficking.

When I’m not hosting conversations you can find me in upstate New York, sitting under a waterfall laughing. I live, work and play in New York City.
