Life: The quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being. 

Crisis: A significant event or radical change in a person’s life.

Alchemy: a power or process that changes or transforms something in a mysterious or impressive way.

Join Mira and Katherine for a 3 part virtual series to explore aspects of both the challenge and initiation awaiting each of us in these unprecedented times. Whether it presents as immune disharmony, financial depletion, relational challenge or simply feeling lost and confused, when we truly sit down and look the situation in the face… there is always a way through. The way through often involves us moving beyond our own perceived limits, letting go of judgements, and opening to what we may have feared in the past. When we ‘choose’ to face reality or life in the moment we activate our capacity to transform adversity into medicine that empowers, initiates, and restores vitality and creativity.

• A safe container of connection and community that is supportive and embracing of each member in their current challenges.

• Meditation Practice: activate the spiritual science of alchemy in your body and consciousness to help you evolve through stuck emotions and beliefs. These practices done in a group field become powerful vehicles for transformation.

• Inspiration and reflection on your specific circumstances from both Mira and Katherine.
